Tags and hashtags generated by FreeTags are provided for your free use on social media platforms. We do not claim ownership over the individual tags generated for you. However, you acknowledge that similar tags may be generated for other users and that tags themselves are generally not protectable as intellectual property.

5.3 User Content

We do not claim ownership of any content you create using tags generated by our Service. You retain all rights to your own content.

6. Rate Limiting and Fair Use

To ensure fair access to FreeTags for all users and to maintain service quality, we implement rate limiting measures. These measures may include:

• Limiting the number of tag generation requests per time period
• Temporarily restricting access from IP addresses that exhibit unusual usage patterns

You acknowledge that social media algorithms change frequently, and tags that work today may not work in the future. We make no guarantees about the effectiveness of any generated tags.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FREETAGS AND ITS CREATORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
• Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data

In no event shall our total liability exceed one hundred US dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us in the past twelve months, whichever is less.
